Welcome to The Business Rising Podcast! We provide education, inspiration, and application for busy business leaders. Today we talk about strategic partnerships, what they look like, and how they can help you grow your business.
Fyi...SEO stands for "search engine optimization".
Today we look at strategic partnerships that actually help your business, and how to obtain them.
A partnership, in our working definition, is a business relationship that is mutually beneficial to both parties; in short, a strategic partnership is a "win win".
For an example, The PHNX21creative Agency have a couple different partnerships, but a majority of them are software partnerships, such as HubSpot.
Most partnerships are strategic, because they're strategy is mutual growth and benefit.
Being mutually focused around both parties' growth and benefit makes these partnerships relational, not transactional.
If a "partnership" feels more like a vendor, then it is probably not a partnership - it is what it feels like, a vendor partnership.
Vendor partnership can be beneficial too, but they are different from partnerships.
Vendors are one way and transactional.
Strategic partnerships are relational to ensure both parties are beneficial and experience growht in their businesses.
A non-strategic partnership would be one forced upon you.
If you feel like you are handicapped to a specific company, they are probably more of a vendor partnership.
Strategic partnerships can be extremely vital for your growth - stop trying to do everything on your own.
Partnering with another company for software or sales is not a knock at your ability.
We depend on other people to give us feedback, advice, and yes, help.
Your hard work will still shine through everything you do, and people will recognize it.
